Shipping
Shipping rates for many items are weight-based, and with USPS length based. USPS adds a surcharge for all domestic packages with a length over 22 inches.
Shipping can be sent to any address in the world. There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
If an order is returned as “Unclaimed” or was returned due to declined customs fees or an error with the recipients address. No refunds will be given, however reshipment can be arranged with the recipient paying for all costs involved.
Shipping Insurance
All Lucky Sabers will be automatically insured at the customer’s expense
Returns
Lucky Sabers does not offer returns on custom products as they are handcrafted. Sabers and other products not customized may be eligible for a return for store credit only on an approved basis. Products approved for return must be in the same condition it was shipped out in and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
